The principles of Integrated Farm Management (IFM) underpin the requirements of LEAF Marque certification. IFM is a whole farm business approach that delivers more sustainable farming. Modern technology and traditional methods are used with the goal of delivering a prosperous farm that enriches the environment and engages local communities.
GLOBALG.A.P
The GLOBALG.A.P Flowers & Ornamentals Standard defines clear criteria to ensure good agricultural practices on floriculture farms. The standard covers all stages of production from soil management, propagation material, integrated plant management, and fertiliser use to responsible water use, environment and conservation, hygiene and security measures during harvest, and workers health, safety and welfare.
